Reactor Rubberwear is Australia's largest and oldest manufacturer of rubberwear/latex clothing and other fetish novelties. Kayser Novelty Company as it was originally known, was born from Albert Kayser's desire to expand his hobbies into a full time business. Originally specialising in bondage furniture, Albert soon realised that Australia had a severe lack of latex clothing suppliers. And so Kayser Novelty Co' was born in 1974 and grew to become Australia's largest supplier of all things 'fetish' Many other stores and suppliers have come and gone but not many can claim three decades years in this business.

Albert retired in December 98 and sold the business to Karen who quickly changed the name to Reactor Rubberwear. It was time for some new blood as the company's range was becoming stale and dated. A lot has changed since Albert's retirement. We have now discontinued the bondage furniture and now concentrate on our core business - RUBBERWEAR / LATEX as well as a select range of fetish accessories.

We haves staged various fashion parades during Mercedes National Fashion Week 'Edgecity 2000, 2001, 2002', Rubberball 2005 and recently Lunamorph. We actively support the local fetish and leather scenes as well as promoting fetish and alternative dance parties. Our latex clothing is now also featured regularly on TV and print media all over the world. We worked extensively on the 'Hell Club' scene from Matrix Revolutions as well as many other Sydney productions.

OUR GUARANTEE
All handmade latex items are manufactured locally in Sydney, Australia to the highest possible standard from 4D Latex Sheeting, clearly the worlds finest sheet latex made for the fetish clothing industry. Before despatch every item is subjected to a thorough inspection procedure, and quality control is maintained throughout the whole production cycle. We clean and polish all handmade latex clothing before despatch and include 'latex care' information. Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We will exchange any standard item that does not fit. Please return to us at our postal address and include all relevant information so we can process your exchange quickly. Also we suggest that you email our sales team at sales@rubber.com.au and advise them of the pending exchange so they can have another item made and ready. All exchange postal costs will be charged to the customer so please include credit card details. We will only exchange items if returned to us within 30 days of despatch.

REPAIRS
In the unfortunate event that you tear your latex garment then we are able to repair most items. Please contact our sales team at sales@rubber.com.au and advise them what repairs are required. All items are expected to be clean and free of any lubricants, especially Pjur. We do not repair underwear or moulded latex items such as gloves or adult toys. Please mail to our postal address and include all relevant contact details as well as credit card details for payment. Most repairs take a few weeks to complete and are low priority so please be patient. We are able to repair some other manufacturers latex garments but we cannot modify them in any way.

POSTAGE / DELIVERY
Postage within Australia is via Australia Post only. All items over $250 in value will be sent registered mail requiring a signature. We cannot offer Express Post over $250 as it is not as safe as registered mail.
Overseas
We have two delivery options to our international customers. Standard Airmail which takes10 - 14 days to most destinations or International Express which will deliver in 5 -7 days. We will not send via Fedex, DHL or UPS.

With the era of the the Internet, our printed catalogue is obsolete. We do have a retail price list available for Australian customers. All prices are in Australian Dollars
The current exchange rate between US dollars and Australian dollars has the Aussie dollar worth about 80 US cents. Therefore if you are a US resident you can expect to save off the listed price. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express online via our secure shopping cart system. Credit card statements will be listed as 'Reactor Rubber Wear' .

OTHER  PAYMENTS
Within Australia
We also accept bank cheques, personal / company cheques and postal orders made out to 'Reactor Rubberwear'. Please be aware that personal and company cheques will take one week to clear. Please contact us on 02 9517 4500 or sales@rubber.com.au to confirm your order details and postal charges before having the cheque or money order drawn.

International Customers
We do not accept personal cheques or bank cheques in any another currency. All cheques must be in Australian Dollars. Make cheques payable to 'Reactor Rubberwear' and mail to our postal address. EuroCheques or Western Union transfers cannot be accepted. Please contact us via email for an estimate on the total cost including postal charges before having the cheque drawn.

WHOLESALE
We are not currently wholesaling any of our products.
