All items are inspected thoroughly before dispatch.
Returns and Refunds
Please inspect all items upon receipt. If not completely satisfied please inform us by email within 7 days and return immediately for an exchange or refund.
Providing goods are returned to us unused/unworn, not damaged in anyway within seven days of receiving them we will refund the cost of the items in full - NOT including postal charges.
All orders are sent discretely via Australia Post and its courier service. Return address simply states Reactor P.O.Box 466 Newtown NSW 2042
Within Australia
Postage within Australia is via Australia Post only. All items over $200 in value will be sent via registered mail requiring a signature on delivery. We cannot deliver orders over $200 in value via Express Post as it does not require a signature on delivery so is not as safe.
Overseas
We have two delivery options to our international customers. Standard Airmail which takes 10 - 14 days to most destinations or International Express which will deliver in 5 -7 days. We will not send via Fedex, DHL or UPS.
All our charges are in Australian dollars. Your credit card service will convert our charge into your local currency.
We accept Visa Mastercard and Amex via our online service only. Our business name will appear on your statement as ‘Reactor Rubberwear’
Payment by direct deposit is available but you will need to advise us your order details via email and await instructions.
For your security, we regret that we cannot accept cash sent through the post as a method of payment. We recommend that if you are without a valid credit card that you contact your bank to arrange a direct deposit in Australian Dollars. Please contact us for bank deposit details.
